Description
Thistle 1L is a highly effective herbicide designed specifically for controlling thistles in silage fields, hay meadows, and grazed pastures. It targets both creeping and spear thistles, working systemically to move through the plant and reach the roots, ensuring thorough and lasting control. With proper application, it can deliver up to 85% thistle reduction within 12 months, making it a reliable solution for long-term weed management.
Dilution Rate: 1 litres in 200 litres of water per HA. 400 Litres/ HA if thistles numbers are high or the grass sward is dense
Coverage Per Bottle: 1 litres will treat 1 hectare.
Application method: Boom sprayer.
Clover safe: No
Rainfast: 2 Hours.
Grazing: Stock can return to grazing after 7 days
Cutting: Can be applied to grass that is intended for hay or silage, a minimum of 3 weeks before intended cut to allow for translocation to thistle roots. Can be used after last silage cut.

Timing
