Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither MagentaDirect nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately we cannot accept medicines returned to us, however all our other products can be returned to us.

This is dependent on all products to be returned to us in their original packaging and unopened within 14 days of dispatch date.

Any products damaged or not matching your order must be notified to us immediately, but not later than 3 working days from receiving date. Any damage must be recorded on the delivery note, where possible.

Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and return post & packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. For returned items which are not faulty, you will be credited for the purchase price excluding any post & packaging.

Method of payment

Payment for goods ordered should be made by credit card. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation, which will be required for any correspondence.

Alternatively payments may also be made by cheque. Please print the order from shopping basket and post this and the cheque to us at MagentaDirect, Dublin Road , Enniscorthy, Co.Wexford. We will dispatch the order on receipt of both items from you.
